Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite to launch in India on June 8

Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite globally back in April this year. Now, the company is planning to bring the tablet to India. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite will be making a debut in India on June 8.

The device is already listed on Amazon India's website. While the listing doesn't reveal details about Samsung's upcoming tablet, it does reveal that the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite will be slimmer, faster, come with a big storage space and feature S-Pen support. In addition to that, the listing page on the website also has a ‘Notify Me' button that is aimed to keep interested customers informed about the time when the pre-orders for the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite begin on the e-retail platform.

Apart from Amazon India, the upcoming Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is also listed on Samsung India's website. Just like the Amazon India listing, Samsung's website too doesn't reveal any details about the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. The page, however, does have a ‘Register Now' button to keep the interested customers informed about the device.

Apart from this, Samsung has also been teasing about its upcoming tablet via its official Twitter handle.

Coming to the specifications, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite features a 10.4-inch display with a resolution of 2000x1200 pixels. It has a 5-megapixel camera in the front that is tucked inside the tablet's to bezels. At the back, the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has a 8-megapixel at the back. It is powered by a quad-core processor that is clocked at 2.3GHz. It sports 4GB of RAM that is coupled with up to 128GB of storage space that can be expanded further using a 1TB microSD card. It runs on Android 10 and is backed by a 7,040mAh battery.
