Tipster reveals Samsung Galaxy F62 price bracket, processor details
Samsung seems all set to launch its new smartphone in the F-series called the Galaxy F62. Although the company has not yet confirmed the existence of the device, according to a tweet by tipster Mukul Sharma, the handset will come equipped with a processor that has a Geekbench multi-core score of 2401 and outperforms the Snapdragon 765G SoC.
The tipster also claims that Galaxy F62 will be marketed as #fullonspeedy, and will offer a flagship experience. As for the price, it has been mentioned that the upcoming device mightlaunch with a price less than ₹25,000.
It's worth mentioning that the device has reportedly appeared on the Bluetooth SIG site as well. With the model number SM-E625F_DS, suggesting that it will support Bluetooth 5.0. In addition, the unannounced product was also showed in Samsung's India support page, and has been leaked in images as well.
According to rumours, the Galaxy F62 is expected to feature Exynos 9825 SoC along with 6GB of RAM and will run Android 11 out of the box.
The previous leaks suggest Samsung Galaxy F62 to feature a square-shaped camera module at the back. It is also said to be under production at Samsung’s Greater Noida facility.
Samsung introduced the Galaxy F-series last October, and this one would be the second smartphone in the series. A leak from December indicates that this device will have an AMOLED screen as well.
In a related note, Samsung earlier this month launched its entry-level smartphone, Galaxy M02 in India with a 5,000mAh battery, a MediaTek processor, and dual rear cameras. It is priced at ₹6,999.
