Redmi 9, Redmi 9A, Redmi 9C full specifications have leaked

Xiaomi’s Redmi 8 successor will feature 5,000mAh battery, USB Type-C, and 512GB expandable storage support.

Xiaomi's Redmi is working on a new lineup that will succeed its popular Redmi 8 series. Conveniently dubbed as Redmi 9, the new lineup will include at least three smartphones, Redmi 9, Redmi 9A, and Redmi 9C. Ahead of the official release, leakster Sudhanshu has published full specifications of the upcoming phones.

First up is the Redmi 9A. The phone is rumoured to run on MediaTek Helio G25 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage. It's likely to run on a 5,000mAh battery.

According to the leak, the phone has 13-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front cameras. Other key features are dual nano-SIM, microSD slot that supports expandable storage up to 512GB, USB Type-C, and 3.5mm headphone jack.

Next is the Redmi 9C. The phone is rumoured to run on the same MediaTek Helio G25 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in storage. It's also going to be powered by a 5,000mAh battery.

According to the leak, Redmi 9C has 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel rear cameras and one 5-megapixel selfie camera. Other key features leaked for Redmi 9C are dual nano-SIM, 512GB microSD slot, USB Type-C, and 3.5mm headphone jack.

The third is the flagship Redmi 9. The phone is said to run on MediaTek Helio G70 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in storage. It's also powered by a 5,000mAh battery.

The phone will reportedly have four rear cameras including 13-megapixel, 8-megapixel, 5-megapixel, and 2-megapixel sensors. On the front, it's likely to have a 5-megapixel selfie camera.

Other features are also the same as Redmi 9A and Redmi 9C - dual nano-SIM, 512GB microSD slot, USB Type-C, and 3.5mm headphone jack.
