Flipkart-exclusive Honor 9N to launch in India on July 24

Honor 9N is set to launch in India on July 24. Ahead of the official unveiling, Honor has announced that the phone will be available exclusively via Flipkart. Here’s everything we know about the new Honor phone.

Honor 9N, the latest smartphone from Chinese smartphone maker Huawei's sub-brand Honor, will launch in India on July 24. The smartphone will be exclusively available via Flipkart, said the company on Friday.

"We are delighted to announce that Flipkart will be our exclusive online sale partner for 'Honor 9N' and we believe that this partnership will further help us strengthen our position in the Indian smartphone market," said P Sanjeev, Vice President of Sales, Consumer Business Group, Huawei India.

Focused at the style-enthusiasts, Honor 9N will come with a narrow notch display to deliver bezel-less experience. The notch will provide more screen size which is used for displaying additional information like date, time, battery statics and other apps notifications. The upcoming smartphone will come with a Full-View Notch display and a 2.5D curved glass design with 12 layers of premium glass with nano coating.

Honor also said that it has now 3% market share in the Indian market.

"The brand with its India-first-approach registered an unprecedented growth of 146% owing to strong performance of its recently launched smartphones and captured the fifth position with 3% market share in the Indian smartphone market," said the company.
