OnePlus 6 full specifications leak again, Avengers-themed variant spotted

OnePlus 6 full specifications have been revealed, once again. Ahead of the official launch, the latest OnePlus flagship phone has made yet another unofficial appearances on the web, giving away key details. OnePlus 6 was recently spotted on HDFC's official website with full specifications, but the specifications were mostly inaccurate. This time around the smartphone has been listed on China's regulatory website TENAA. The latest listing also gives away full details of the phone, except this time the specifications seem more believable.

According to the listing, OnePlus 6 will come with 6.28-inch full HD+ AMOLED display. This is in line with previous rumours that had also indicated at a taller image. OnePlus has already confirmed the phone will come with a cut-out display also known as notch display, clearly inspired by Apple iPhone X.

The listing further reveals an octa-core processor clocked at 2.45GHz. Although not mentioned, the expected processor is Qualcomm's Snapdragon 845 SoC which the company has already confirmed. In terms of memory OnePlus 6 on TENAA has 6GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. This would be the base variant of OnePlus 6 as the smartphone will also come in 8GB RAM and 256GB storage options.

For photography, the smartphone will sport a dual-camera setup at the rear with a combination of 20-megapixel and 16-megapixel sensors. Up front, it is said to house a 16-megapixel camera for selfies. More details revealed in this listing include a 3,300mAh battery and Android 8.1 Oreo.

The leaked specifications do match the expectations of the upcoming smartphone but it's best to wait for official confirmation. OnePlus is also expected to unveil the Marvel Avengers special edition OnePlus 6 on the same day. The retail box for OnePlus 6 Marvel Avengers edition was leaked online via Facebook. OnePlus has been teasing the special edition which will come with a textured back panel. The smartphone will have bearings of Marvel Avengers much like the OnePlus 5T Star Wars edition.

OnePlus 6 will be launched in India the next day on May 17. OnePlus will also host an early-bird sale for OnePlus 6 exclusively via Amazon India on May 21. The company will also host pop-up events on May 21 and 22 across eight Indian cities for users to experience the device and even purchase it.
