As per tradition, OnePlus launches its first flagship product of the year in May. It's highly unlikely OnePlus will make any changes to the schedule.

Price

OnePlus smartphones have become more expensive over the last couple of years. According to a recent listing, OnePlus 7 may launch with $569 (40,000) price tag. This is unlikely to be the price for the base model of the smartphone.

Features

According to recent leaked photos, OnePlus 7 is set to come with a motorised pop-up selfie camera, similar to Vivo Nex. The new design will help OnePlus deliver more real-estate to the screen without a notch.

The smartphone is also expected to come with in-screen fingerprint sensor. According to rumours, OnePlus is making improvements to the technology to make it more responsive.

Another big feature of OnePlus 7 is rumoured to be the 48-megapixel camera. It's likely OnePlus 7 will use Sony's IMX586 sensor which is also available on Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro and Honor View20.

OnePlus has already confirmed it will once again skip the wireless charging feature from its next smartphone.

Specifications

OnePlus 7 is expected to come with a 6.5-inch AMOLED fuller screen with higher screen-to-body ratio. The smartphone will be using Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 855 processor with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB built-in storage.

In the camera department, OnePlus 7 is rumoured to come with three sensors on the back - 48-megapixel, 20-megapixel and 5-megapixel. On the front it will have a 16-megapixel selfie camera.

Other key specifications of OnePlus 7 include a 4,000mAh battery, 44W fast charger, OxygenOS 9.0-based on Android Pie.
