It is a transfixing game and players can spend hours on it without losing the thrill of it all. It has a vivid layout and extremely interesting game play as well as characters. One of the interesting characters of Free Fire is Skyler. He has the ability to circumvent enemy GLOO walls, thereby leaving the players defenseless. Skyler also has a Riptide Rhythm ability that comprises an active and a passive component. While the active component unleashes a sonic wave in front of the player that damages up to 5 GLOO walls, the passive component provides a flat increase to HP recovery for every GLOO wall deployed. Though dealing with Skyler is not an easy task, you can still manage to effect a fightback. You can overcome the extreme odds against you and still win the Free Fire game by making a few changes in your strategy and play style. No guarantees, but you got to think fast on your feet, so to speak. Here are the Garena Free Fire mistakes that you must avoid while in combat against Skyler. Mistakes to avoid while fighting against Skyler in Free Fire ### Do not use GLOO walls before Skyler uses his ability It’s a bad idea to use glue walls to protect yourselves from the enemy in the beginning of the game; it might work in Skyler's favor. His Riptide Rhythm ability can break down the gloo wall and attack the players protected behind them. In such a scenario, the players are left with only two options- either they can use another gloo wall grenade or find a hardcover if they don't have any left. Though this may not lead to an outright elimination, it will be a disadvantage for players. Hence, use the items, glue walls and other protective items in Free Fire. He can simply recover HP in a short duration of time by placing down a gloo wall. Hence players must not ignore this fact and not let Skyler heal. In combat, a player must keep applying constant pressure on Skyler. ### Eliminate Skyler before the ability resets Skyler's ability has a much lower cooldown time of 40 seconds when at maximum level than most other active abilities in-game. This ability can be used quite often and may cause devastating damage to you. Hence, you must ensure to eliminate Skyler before the ability resets.
