Poco X3 Pro to launch today: Check expected specifications, features, and more

Poco is also said to launch a Poco F3 today. Here is what we know about the two upcoming Poco smartphones so far.

POCO to launch new phones today (POCO )

Poco is gearing up for a big event today. The company will reportedly showcase at least two new handsets – Poco F3 and Poco X3 Pro. The virtual event will start at 5:30 PM IST. You can watch the live stream on the company's official YouTube channel.

Let's first talk about the Poco F3. The handset is said to be a repackaged version of the Redmi K40, which launched in China recently. According to reliable leakster Ishan Agarwal, Poco F3 will launch with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 870 5G processor. He also shared renders of the upcoming phone, which unsurprisingly reveal similarities with the Redmi K40. The phone has a small punch-hole camera on the front. The back panel has a vertical camera array housing at least four camera sensors.

Poco F3 will reportedly come with a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and up to 120Hz refresh rate. The Snapdragon 870 processor will be coupled with up to 8GB of RAM. On the back, the phone is said to come with a 48-megapixel primary sensor, 5-megapixel macro sensor, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor. For selfies, it will have a 20-megapixel camera. Other leaked specifications of the phone are a 4,520mAh battery, Android 11 out-of-the-box, and 33W fast charging support.

That said, Poco X3 Pro has also leaked quite a few times ahead of its launch. The phone is said to come with a 6.67-inch display with full HD+ resolution with up to 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. The phone will come in Phantom Black, Metal Bronze and Frost Blue colour options.

In the photography department, Poco X3 Pro will offer a combination of a 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel wide-angle sensor and dual 2-megapixel sensors. For selfies, it will have a 20-megapixel camera. For performance, the phone is rumoured to run on an unannounced Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 processor with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of built-in storage.

A 5,160mAh battery will power the phone. It will also come with a 33W fast charger. Other leaked features of the phone are a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, Android 11, Bluetooth 5.0, and NFC.
