Realme’s ‘big announcement’ at IFA 2020 is rumoured to be Realme X3 Pro
Realme will make its debut at the annual IFA conference in Berlin later this year. The company is rumoured to showcase Realme X3 Pro and other devices at the event.
Realme has become one of the first smartphone companies to announce participation in the upcoming IFA event in Berlin. Realme CEO Madhav Sheth also confirmed the company will make a “big announcement” at the event. This is the first time Realme will attend the annual Berlin conference.
According to reports, Realme could launch a new flagship smartphone, dubbed as Realme X3 Pro. The smartphone could be accompanied by other new devices from different portfolios.
It is worth noting that Realme has already launched Realme X3 and Realme X3 SuperZoom. The new phone will be part of this flagship lineup. You can expect Realme X3 Pro to have Snapdragon 865 processor and other high-end specifications.
The IFA 2020 event is likely to see a muted response as it comes at a time when the world is grappling with the Covid-19 pandemic. The event is scheduled to start on September 3. The organisers are likely to make some changes to the way the event is held to ensure social distancing norms.
According to The Verge, IFA organisers are going to hold an invite-only in-person event with a stricter limit on attendees. This year, all major technology conferences have been either cancelled or held online. Some of the notable events cancelled this year are Mobile World Congress, Google I/O, and E3 among others.
