Samsung Galaxy S21 FE leak reveals design, colour options
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is expected to be launched later this year. Like the Galaxy S20 FE, this one too will be a more affordable version of the flagship Galaxy S21 series. A new leak now reveals the design of the Galaxy S21 FE, and also its possible colour options. The Galaxy S21 FE does look like the Galaxy S21 as expected but there is one difference.
Renders of the Galaxy S21 FE have been shared by Evan Blass on Twitter. The Galaxy S21 FE is spotted in four colour options of black, purple, olive green and white. The design is the same as that of the Galaxy S21 but the metal camera module is missing in the FE version. The Galaxy S21 FE will most likely come in a glasstic (glass and plastic) body. Samsung is also going for a single colour with the Galaxy S21 FE. The front is the same with a punch-hole camera at the center.
In terms of specs, the Galaxy S21 FE is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor, and come in two configurations of 6GB + 128GB and 8GB+256GB. On the software front, it will run Android 11 with One UI layered on top. Galaxy S21 FE is also rumoured to feature a 6.4-inch AMOLED Infinity-O display. Leaks also suggest it could pack a 4,500mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging, fast wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging.
Its triple camera setup is said to include a 12-megapixel primary sensor with OIS, a 12-megapixel ultra wide angle lens, and a 12-megapixel or 8-megapixel telephoto lens. It is also expected to house a 32-megapixel front camera for selfies. Its connectivity options will most likely include 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. More features expected include an under-display fingerprint sensor, and IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
