Samsung Galaxy S21 series camera specs leaked
The camera specifications of all three Galaxy S21 phones have been detailed in this new leak.
There's still a little over a week to go for the Galaxy S21 series launch but the leaks won't stop revealing details about the new phones. A major leak on the Galaxy S21 series reveals the camera specifications of all three smartphones. This is from what's believed to be official infographics of the Galaxy S21 cameras.
The camera infographics were shared by Evan Blass on Voice. It includes camera details of the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 Plus and Galaxy S21 Ultra. According to this leak, Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 Plus will feature the same set of cameras. The combination includes a 12-megapixel ultra wide camera, a 12-megapixel primary camera, and a 64-megapixel telephoto lens. Up front, both phones will house a 10-megapixel selfie camera.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra will get an additional telephoto lens making it a quad-camera setup at the rear. It will feature a 108-megapixel primary camera, a 12-megapixel ultra wide angle lens, and two 10-megapixel telephoto lenses. For selfies, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will sport a 40-megapixel front camera. This smartphone will also feature laser autofocus.
This leak pretty much confirms the camera specifications for the Galaxy S21 series. If there are software improvements and upgrades, we'll get to know during the official reveal on January 14.
There have been bits and pieces of information leaks on the Galaxy S21 series. A recent one suggested Samsung will add a microSD card slot only on the Galaxy S21 Ultra. Samsung is also rumoured to not include a charger with the Galaxy S21 phones.
