JioPhone Next features: The collab between Reliance and Google, two of the biggest companies in the world, has spawned, what is now being called, the cheapest 4G smartphone. Having said that, JioPhone Next price has not been officially revealed. Reliance itself has not stepped in to clear the air around the price or the specs beyond what was initially announced at the Reliance Industries AGM by chief Mukesh Ambani. So, even as JioPhone Next launch is delayed to somewhere around Diwali, JioPhone Next remains in the phones-to-watch list. However, the company is still not sure about the exact date JioPhone Next launch will happen as it has not specifically stated any deadline.

The most important thing here is that Jio Phone Next is a very price-sensitive instrument. It is meant for hundreds of millions of feature phone users who have never bought a smartphone. However, they will migrate only if the deal is great in terms of price and specs. Will Jio Phone Next meet their expectations? We list here 5 things that can be deal-makers for them.

However, among these 5 things is not the JioPhone Next price. That is simply because it has not officially been revealed. Having said that, we have something official to go by - here is what Reliance Industries chief Mukesh Ambani had said about Jio Phone Next price. He said, "While being ultra-affordable, JioPhone Next is packed with cutting-edge features." Surely, these are deal-making words, not deal-breaking ones.

The word on the street is that a buyer can walk away with a JioPhone Next for as low a downpayment as 500. Yes, you read that right. It mostly stems from speculation on the schemes rolled out by finance companies. The same argument says that JioPhone Next price is expected to be anything between 3,499 to 5000.

At the Reliance Industries AGM that was also attended by Google chief Sundar Pichai by video conferencing, Ambani had spoken about the JioPhone Next features that included “...voice assistant, automatic read-aloud of screen text, language translation, smart camera with augmented reality filters and much more."
