2. Audio and video calling on WhatsApp on browser and desktop

For all those people who use WhatsApp on the desktop, the good news is the audio and video call feature is coming to the desktop soon. Just like the WhatsAapp calls on your smartphone, you will be able to do exactly the same thing online. However, WhatsApp is going to go in for a limited launch of this feature in beta next year and even the call buttons will have the beta labels.

3. Update to WhatsApp Terms and Privacy Policy

All WhatsApp users will have to agree to the new Terms and Privacy Policy and if you fail to do so, you might have to delete your account on WhatsApp. As spotted by WABetaInfo, WhatsApp will update their terms of service starting February 8, though this date might be subject to change.
