The holiday season is well and truly upon India. The Navratri season is at its peak and Dussehra is just around the corner. So, if you have some business to transact at your bank, then you should forget about it, at least on the days that the the lender will be closed. Yes, it will be shut on a number of days in the month of October. However,  trying to synchronise your business with the days that the bank will be open on s not a great idea. At least when there is a much better option available. To beat the bank holidays in October 2021 crunch, just pick up your favourite gadget or computer/latptop and go online. Just log onto your bank and try out its Net banking feature. Whether it is public sector banks like the State Bank of India (SBI), Bank of Baroda and Punjab National Bank or private ones like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank or Axis Bank, all of them have some fancy online banking features that account holders should take advantage of. 

Net banking is the best way forward for everyone concerned, the bank as well as you and your family. Even though everyone is probably vaccinated against Covid-19, yet there are various different strains raging and everyone must take precautions against it even now. It is a big hassle that can be dispensed with due to the presence of Net banking. 

In fact, during the pandemic, banks have rapidly modernised almost all their operations to offer every kind of facility they have through net banking and thereby save account holders from having to visit bank branches and expose themselves to the virus. It just takes a few clicks to invest, save money or send it to someone. 

The the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) calendar shows that bank holidays in October 2021  are aplenty due to various festivals and this applies across the country.
