A list of 27 titles is going to be added to Disney+ Hotstar's collection in August this year. From a new Marvel show to two new Indian original movies, there's something for pretty much everyone, even the kids. The two original titles from India coming to Disney+ Hotstar in August are Bhuj: The Pride of India and Empire. Bhuj: The Pride of India is a war drama based on the 1971 Indo-Pak war and stars Ajay Devgn, Sonakshi Sinha, Sanjay Dutt, and Nora Fatehi. This movie is out on August 13. Empire is a period drama that chronicles the rise and fall of the Mughal Empire in India and stars Shabana Azmi, Kunal Kapoor, Dino Morea, and others. Empire is directed by Mitakshara Kumar and created by Nikkhil Advani, and Disney+ Hotstar has not announced its exact release date yet.

Besides this, there is a Disney Channel movie called Spin featuring Abhay Deol headed to Disney+ Hotstar in August. Spin is a story about an Indo-American teen who discovers a passion for DJ mixes and blends her passion with her heritage. This movie is out on August 15. Then there is Marvel's very exciting What If…? that is kicking off on August 11. This series explores alternate possibilities of how the Marvelverse would be had some storylines been tweaked a little. Like what would happen if Yondu kidnapped T'Challa instead of Peter Quill. There's more for Marvel fans. Revision lessons are coming in with new episodes to Marvel Studios Legends from August 4. Emma Stone's Cruella is coming on August 27 and then there is also a special The Mandalorin making-of episode for Luke Skywalker's cameo.
