Ola Electric is all set to launch its first electric car today, August 15 at 2 pm. Bhavish Aggarwal, founder and CEO of the company took to his official Twitter handle to inform about the Ola Electric car launch date and time. "Can't wait to share all the stuff we've been working on this year! See you at 2pm on 15th August!!" He also shared a glimpse of the car by tweeting, "Picture abhi baaki hai mere dost See you on 15th August 2pm!" From the clipping a wheel at the back of the car can be seen and the car is in red colour.

Meanwhile, Ola Electric had on August 13th tweeted, "Two new colours? Two new features? Or two new cars? Find out in just 2 days! At 2pm on 15th August only on http://olaelectric.com! See you there, India." As per the information provided earlier, the CEO will also share future plans of the company today.

The tantalising glimpses of Ola's upcoming electric four-wheeler has raised the expectations, especially after the launch of its electric scooter. It can be known that Ola had in the month of June 2022 teased the device for the first time during the Ola Customer Day at its FutureFactory.

Ola Electric has also shared a teaser video of the same showing sleek LED DRLs with Red hues. The video also gave a glimpse of the front and rear design of the car with the Ola logo on both sides. The video can be accessed on the official YouTube channel of Ola Electric.

From the teaser of Ola's electric car, it can be seen that the car is in red colour and looks futuristic. The car gets two U-shaped LED headlamps with an LED light bar in the centre and the front fascia is likely to carry a faux grille. You will also see OLA written right at the centre, just below the LED light bar. The rear of the car features slim LED lights running across the width of the car.

The upcoming vehicle is also rumoured to be a 4-door sedan with a long battery set. It can be known that Ola currently retails two electric scooters in India namely Ola S1 and Ola S1 Pro.
