And probably that is why some of the recent cult favorite web series around the genre of ‘coming-of-age' are all being featured on online streaming platforms. Just a while back Kota Factory season 2 released on Netflix and was widely loved by the audience. And now, Flames Season 3 gets its own release on a streaming platform. Just like Kota Factory, Flames also started on YouTube and gained mass popularity within a short span of time. The TVF Original Series first began in 2018 and since then, two seasons of the show have been released. The story, like a typical coming-of-age show, focuses on the lives of students studying in a coaching institute as they experience love, identity issues and try to balance many facets of their life. In season 3, we experience how the main cast tackles their biggest challenge ever — class 12th boards.

The show also focuses on their coaching teacher Pradeep Kaushal who left Khanna's building and now takes his classes on the rooftop of his house. However, the neighborhood is not happy about it. The season appears to be filled with twists, heartbreaks, friendships and the true emotions felt by the youth. This is the reason that the show has almost reached a cult status in India.

Its trailer was dropped on October 21 and in just 7 days, it has reached more than 10 million views, 99K likes and more than 2K comments. The show stars Ritvik Sahore, Tanya Maniktala, Sunakshi Grover, Shivam Kakar, Deepesh Sumitra Jagdish, Neelu Dogra in lead roles. Divyanshu Malhotra takes his seat as the director of the new season.
