Once the complaints started flooding in, the company looked after the issue and immediately rolled out a fix. A few hours later, an HDFC spokesperson took to Twitter to confirm that the issue was resolved and the app is working as expected. "In the morning, for a few minutes, customers were not able to access the portfolio section on mobile app. However, the portfolio section on all other platforms such as the internet and pro terminal was accessible. Order placement or other features were not at all impacted across channels. Right now, everything is up and working absolutely fine," said the spokesperson. HDFC Securities customers can now access the portfolio section via their mobile app, ProTerminal and internet trading website. Also read click here. Earlier in the day, several customers had taken to Twitter to complain about the same. The social media account of HDFC Securities clarified that the app is running and requested them to share screenshots of the issue with them via Direct Messages.
