WhatsApp is working on adding a quick shortcut in business chats wherein the business has set a catalogue. When enabled, the Catalogue Shortcut will be added next to the new Call button.
New call button
WhatsApp is also working on a new call button. This feature is being developed for business chats and it will combine the voice and video call shortcuts. When tapped, users will be allowed to pick between a voice call and a video call.
New sticker pack
In case you frequent sharing stickers in your chats, WhatsApp has released a new animated sticker pack called Usagyuuun in its app. This feature is available in both, the company's Android and iOS-based apps.
Wallpaper dimming feature
Lastly, the Facebook-owned messaging app is working on a feature that would allow users to select the opacity of their WhatsApp wallpapers. The feature called wallpaper dimming feature is still in development.
