Instagram launches Layout and Structure tools for Android

Instagram on Tuesday announced that its Layout tool is now available on Android, as is the just-announced Structure.

Instagram on Tuesday announced that its Layout tool is now available on Android, as is the just-announced Structure.

Layout, which launched in March on iOS, is a standalone app for creating collages of iPhone pictures. Its features include the ability to automatically find pictures containing faces, and the option of sharing collages on Facebook or Instagram.

Layout is now available on Google Play.

Structure, which has also just launched on Android, is a creative tool the company says 'brings out details and textures.' It is 'coming soon' for iOS.
