Tracking your IRCTC PNR status or checking live train status has become easy with the company rolling out new features on WhatsApp. Indian Railways' passengers can now check the live train schedule and PNR status by using the WhatsApp chatbot. Railofy, a Mumbai-based startup, has developed this new feature that will let you track train status and other travel-related information without having to download any third-part applications. All you have to do is simply enter the 10-digit PNR number in the WhatsApp chat bot and all the information will be displayed on the screen. To check live train status, passengers can also call the 139-number railway helpdesk.
