    IRCTC has launched a new feature enabling users to easily track their PNR status, live train status, and other train journey details on WhatsApp.

    Tracking your IRCTC PNR status or checking live train status has become easy with the company rolling out new features on WhatsApp. Indian Railways' passengers can now check the live train schedule and PNR status by using the WhatsApp chatbot. Railofy, a Mumbai-based startup, has developed this new feature that will let you track train status and other travel-related information without having to download any third-part applications. All you have to do is simply enter the 10-digit PNR number in the WhatsApp chat bot and all the information will be displayed on the screen. To check live train status, passengers can also call the 139-number railway helpdesk.

    Step 1:

    First add Railofy’s WhatsApp chatbot’s number in your contacts: +91-9881193322.

    Step 2:

    Next, go to your WhatsApp, search for Railofy and then open the chat window.

    Now in the chat box, enter your 10-digit PNR number.

    And all the information, including notifications and real-time updates regarding the train journey will be displayed by the Railofy chatbot.

    Step 2: Open the WhatsApp chatbot for Zoop.

    Step 3: Now, key in your 10-digit PNR number.

    Step 4: Pick the upcoming station available for meal delivery.

    Step 5: Select a restaurant from the available options using the Zoop chatbot an place your order and make payment.

    Step 6: And it's done! You can track your meal from the chatbot itself after placing your online food order.

    Step 7: The meal will be arrived at the chosen stop by the train.
