Biggest attraction this weekend is the major blockbuster Brahmastra, which will be making its debut on Disney+ Hotstar. Alongside Telugu-language film Ponniyin Selvan 1 and The Ghost will also be appearing on OTT platforms. The sequel of Enola Holmes 2 and Tamil-language movie Kaiyum Kalavum are also streaming. Brahmastra on Disney+ Hotstar

The story brings mythology to a modern setting. The story revolves around Shiva who gains magical powers of ‘astras', which was created when a group of sages in the Himalayas collided with the energy called Brahm-shakti. Now Shiva must find the right path and understand his own being with the help of these magical manifestations. Brahmastra stars Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy, Nagarjuna Akkineni and others in a star-studded cast.

Ponniyin Selvan 1 on Amazon Prime Videos

The film narrates the tale of Chola dynasty and takes place in the 10th century Thanjavur. The story revolves around Arulmozhi Varman aka Ponniyin Selvan, the son of Emperor Sundara Chozhan and brother of Aditha Karikalan, the most powerful Tamil king in South India during his reign. Varman was famously known as Rajaraja 1. The film is based on the life of the king and the chronicles around him. The movie stars Vikram, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Trisha, Jayaram, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Sobhita Dhulipala and others.

The Ghost on Netflix

The story of the movie is about an Interpol field agent who suffers from anger management issues. The anger emerges from his past where his mother was killed in a riot. But things take a turn for the worse when he fails a mission to save a boy and as a result, his anger issues worsen and he ends up separating from his wife. The story is about what happens after and how he becomes the titular ‘Ghost'. The movie stars Nagarjuna, Sonal Chauhan, Gul Panag, Anikha Surendran, Manish Chaudhari, Ravi Varma, Srikanth Iyengar and others.

Enola Holmes season 2 on Netflix

The story is about the teenage sister of the famous Sherlock Holmes and a new detective-for-hire who has just opened her own agency to make a mark on the world. But what kind of adventures will she get into as she tries to solve mysteries and become worthy of the

‘Holmes' title. The movie stars Millie Bobby Brown, Henry Cavill, Louis Partridge, Susie Wokoma, Adeel Akhtar, Helena Bonham Carter who all will be reprising their roles from the first movie.

This web series is a work of dark comedy and features bizarre characters which just make sense somehow. The story focuses on two youngsters and their different life experiences and how their lives cross paths. The story is about the journey before, during and after they meet. The show stars Ramya Nambeesan, Rohit, Sanchana Natarajan and others in pivotal roles.
