Paytm cashback offers are back on mobile recharges. At a time when telecom operators have bumped up prices of their prepaid plans substantially to raise their ARPU, Paytm is letting its customers reduce the burden with special offers. The offer is most likely to benefit customers making their first recharge via Paytm.

Also note that the cashback amount isn't massive. Hence, if you are looking to save a lot of money, you are out of luck. However, for those are eligible, there are some notable discounts to be had on the prepaid recharges made for Jio, Airtel, Vodafone Idea, BSNL and MTNL customers.

Paytm cashback offers

Here are some of the discount programs that Paytm is running on its platform right now.

- For first time users coming to Paytm for recharging, they will now get a flat discount of ₹15. Customers will need to use the “FLAT15” promocode while making the transaction for the prepaid plan recharge.

- For existing customers, they can use the “WIN1000” promocode while making the transaction to have a chance of winning a cashback amount of up t ₹1,000. There are other offers to take advantage of as well.

- Additionally, Paytm also has a referral program that allows existing users to earn while bringing their friends and family to the platform. “Whenever a user invites friends & family to use Paytm for mobile recharges, both the referrer and the referee can earn up to ₹100 cashback,” says Paytm.

Note that Paytm allows payments to be made via its own wallet system, Paytm UPI, debit/credit card, Net banking,, and also the Paytm Postpaid payment feature.

“Recently, there has been a rise in prices for mobile recharges across Jio, Airtel and Vi and our cashback offers will certainly come as a relief to users. We continue to keep mobile recharges absolutely free, convenient and seamless on the Paytm app. There are no processing fees or additional charges that a user incurs for mobile recharges on the Paytm platform,” said a Paytm spokesperson.
