Just like its iOS equivalent, "Plants vs. Zombies 2" has quietly launched in Australia and New Zealand in advance of a global roll-out.
Just like its iOS equivalent, 'Plants vs. Zombies 2' has quietly launched in Australia and New Zealand in advance of a global roll-out.
'Plants vs Zombies 2' first emerged on iOS on July 9 before general release from August 15.
On Android, the process is already slightly different.
In China, where Android phones account for over 90% of the market, the free 'Plants vs. Zombies 2' was released on September 12, with Australia and New Zealand following on October 2.
The game takes after its horticulturally sympathetic predecessor, adding new plants, new zombies, and new environments and time periods to discover.
It drops payment up front in favor of a free-to-play model, with some of the new plants and powers reserved for retrieval from the in-game storefront.
