Realme Dizo GoPods, GoPods Neo earbuds launched in India: Price, specs, offers and more

Realme subsidiary Dizo has launched two new earbuds in India. The company has announced Dizo GoPods and Dizo GoPods Neo in the country. Both the devices are budget offerings from the company and are priced below ₹4,000. The Dizo GoPods feature a contrasting design and comes in Smoky Grey and Creme White colour variants. It is said to be using electroplating technique and a five-step process that includes drip molding with crystal adhesive, PET film lamination, UV transfer texture, optical coating and screen printing. The DIZO GoPods Neo comes with a lightweight in-ear design and is IPX5 certified dust and water-resistant. The touchpad comes with UV printing reflecting the design and intelligent touch controls for various functions. The DIZO GoPods Neo are equipped with a 10mm dynamic driver. It comes with active noise cancellation (ANC) up to 25dB and environmental noise cancellation (ENC). support as well. The GoPods Noo pack a 400mAh battery unit with each earbud powered by a 40mAh battery cell. They are claimed to offer 28 hours of battery life on a single charge and support fast charging via a USB-C port. They also feature Bluetooth 5.2 and Google Fast Pair support.

The Dizo GoPods weigh 4.1 grams. Moreover, the case weighs 34.5 grams. While the controls can be adjusted in the Realme Link app, there is no volume control option for both the Dizo GoPods and GoPods Neo. Hence, you can't change the volume via the earbuds. The sound on both Dizo GoPods and Dizo GoPods Neo can be adjusted to Bright and Bass Boost+ modes as well. It has ANC too. Further, the Transparency Mode allows external voices to enter into the microphone, meaning whenever you want to talk with people around, they can simply turn the transparency mode on, without having to actually take the earphones off.

The Dizo GoPods come equipped with an “intelligent R2 chip that is said to help optimize voice and music signals for low power consumption. These house a 30mAh battery each, while the case packs a 400mAh battery. It is rated to last up to 25 hours and can offer 120 minutes of playback with a 10 minutes charge. They are rated IPX5 for sweat resistance.

The GoPods will go on sale on September 6 at 12 noon via Flipkart and selected retail stores, while the Dizo GoPods Neo will be available from September 10.
