Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 rugged tablet shows up: Specs and look revealed

Samsung has just introduced its Galaxy Tab S7 and Tab S7+ in the market but it's not done yet. The firm might be getting ready to launch another tablet rumoured as the Galaxy Tab Active 3. The device showed up recently in Bluetooth SIG certification portal alongside Geekbench, so we have some basic idea on what's there to come. A live image of the tablet has also been revealed.
What's interesting is that the upcoming Galaxy Tab Active 3 is expected to feature three buttons at the front instead of just one that we have seen in Galaxy tablets usually. The product is also said to be a rugged version since its falls in the ‘Active' series. Also expected is the MIL-STD-810 certification along with IP68 rating just like its predecessor, Galaxy Tab Active 2, which came back in October 2017.
As for the specifications, Sammobile reports that the Galaxy Tab Active 3 is supposed to feature an 8-inch 1920x1200 pixels resolution LCD display and will run on Android 10. It may arrive in two storage options – 64GB and 128GB. In addition, there could be a 13-megapixel primary camera and a 5-megapixel front facing camera for video calls and selfies.
The upcoming Active Tab 3 is expected to be powered by Exynos 9810 and support Bluetooth v5.0 for wireless connectivity. In addition, there will be a S Pen as well.
The report finally adds that there could be a LTE and Wi-Fi only versions of the tablet. For now, there's no word on when the Galaxy Tab Active 3 will launch.
