Twitter India shares a blog post

Twitter in a blog post today said it had not taken action against accounts that consist of news media entities, journalists, activists, and politicians.

What MeitY told Twitter today

The Secretary Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) on Wednesday held a virtual interaction with Twitter's Vice President Global Public Policy, Monique Meche, and the company's Deputy General Counsel and Vice President Legal, Jim Baker. In the meeting, the Secretary expressed “strong displeasure” on the way Twitter acted after an emergency order was issued to remove a hashtag on ‘farmer genocide' and content related to that.

HMD Global today launched the Nokia 5.4, the Nokia 3.4 and the Nokia Power Earbuds Lite in India. The Nokia starts at 13,999 in India.

Audible is offering free audiobooks to Alexa users

Audible today announced that it will be offering select audiobooks to Alexa users for free. This offer will be available free of cost exclusively to all Alexa users in India from February 10 to February 28.
