It was an interesting day in the world of technology today. On one hand, Huami launched the Amazfit GTR 2e and GTS 2e smartwatches in India. On the other hand, Huami launched three new MateBook laptops in China.

In addition to that, WhatsApp shared a Status announcement explaining its privacy policy.

WhatsApp today shared a Status update wherein it explained its privacy policy. In its posts, WhatsApp said that it does not “read or listen to your personal conversations as they're end-to-end encrypted.” 

Amazfit GTR 2e and GTS 2e launched

Amazfit today revealed the prices of its GTR 2e and GTS 2e smartwatches. The two smartwatches cost 9,999 in India.

Signal back after global outage

Signal experience a global outage yesterday wherein people across the world were unable to send messages on the app. Its services became fully functional today. “Signal is back! Like an underdog going through a training montage, we've learned a lot since yesterday — and we did it together,” the company wrote in a post on Twitter.

Huawei just launched three new laptops

Huawei launched three new laptops today, which includes the MateBook X Pro 2021, the MateBook 13 2021 and the MateBook 14 2021. All three laptops are powered by Intel's 11th generation processors.
