The Ghost is a 2022 Indian Telugu-language action thriller film written and directed by Praveen Sattaru. While the movie has received mixed reviews from critics, the performance, especially of Nagarjuna and the action sequences have been widely praised. What does this tell us? The movie definitely does not reinvent the wheel, but it promises you an entertaining time, if you like indulging in action flicks.

The story of the movie is about an Interpol field agent who suffers from anger management issues. The anger emerges from his past where his mother was killed in a riot. But things take a turn for the worse when he fails a mission to save a boy and as a result, his anger issues worsen and he ends up separating from his wife. The story is about what happens after and how he becomes the titular ‘Ghost'.

The movie stars Nagarjuna, Sonal Chauhan, Gul Panag, Anikha Surendran, Manish Chaudhari, Ravi Varma, Srikanth Iyengar and others.

On Tuesday, Netflix made an Instagram post, where it wrote, “People who are going up against him need to prepare for a nightmare, because THE GHOST is backing back from the dead! The Ghost is coming to Netflix on 2nd November”, revealing the date and the platform for the movie's OTT release.
