It seems that Vi, formerly known as Vodafone Idea, is feeling generous these days. The company is offering 50GB additional data to select subscribers of its 1,499 prepaid plan.

For those of you who don't know, Vodafone Idea's 1,499 offers 24GB of data along with a validity of 365 days. In addition to that, users get unlimited local and national calls to all networks, 3,600 local and national SMSs and access to Vi movies and TV. Now, the company is offering something more.

As per a report by OnlyTech, Vi is offering 50GB of additional data to prepaid subscribers who opt for 1,499 plan. This means that subscribers who opt for this plan will now get 74GB of data instead of 24GB data.

This plan, however, is available only to select Vodafone Idea subscribers via the Vi app. Some users on Twitter also reported getting a message from the company regarding this offer. As of now, this plan is available to users in Delhi circle only. It seems to be available for a limited period as an ‘Extra Data Offer'.
