How about getting a quick reply option on your WhatsApp? Well, the quick reply feature is there but for the Business accounts. WhatsApp Business introduces new features and tools to help businesses better manage client conversations.

"Quick Replies" was one of the first key features for the business platform, which allows you to re-use frequently sent messages by using keyboard shortcuts to send them quickly. With this feature, you may create shortcuts for the messages that you send to your clients - the most frequently using rapid replies. This can include graphics and videos in the form of media messages.

How to set quick replies?

-The WhatsApp Business app users can create quick replies. Go to the More Options in your app and then Business tools.

- There, tap on Quick replies and click on Add

- You can create your message or quickly reply to a media message while tapping on the Message option. You need to note that you can't add media files as a quick reply in Web or Desktop versions of WhatsApp.

- Then, tap on Shortcut to set the keyboard shortcut for quick reply and 'Save' it.

How to send a quick reply to your client?

The WhatsApp Business app generates quick replies based on the information in your business profile to make it simpler to engage with your clients. You may send a brief response that includes your hours, address, or even your whole profile. All you need to do is open a chat, tap on the message text box and type '/' or to send media files, tap on the attach symbol and then quick reply.

WhatsApp is introducing a new entry point that will display all accessible shortcuts made in WhatsApp Business Settings. The new shortcut has been introduced to the chat share action menu, WABetaInfo reported. But it is not restricted to iOS users, beta testers using the latest WhatsApp Business beta for Android may see the same shortcut in the same position.
