Bharti Airtel prepaid plans tariffs: Telecom service provider Bharti Airtel on Monday announced that it has decided to revise its prepaid tariff plans with effect from November 26, 2021. “Bharti Airtel has always maintained that the mobile Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) needs to be at ₹200 and ultimately at ₹300, so as to provide a reasonable return on capital that allows for a financially healthy business model," the company said in a statement. It further said that it believes this level of ARPU will enable the substantial investments required in networks and spectrum.

"This will give Airtel the elbow room to roll out 5G in India. Therefore, as a first step, we are taking the lead in rebalancing our tariffs during the month of November. Accordingly, our new tariffs as indicated below will come into effect from November 26, 2021," the company added. It can be noted that the new tariffs for all prepaid packs will be available on www.airtel.in starting November 26, 2021, the firm informed.

As per the information provided by Bharti Airtel, in tariffed voice plans, the new rate is ₹99, against the current ₹79 with 28 days validity and benefits like "50 per cent more talk time at 99 mins, 200 MB data, 1p/sec voice tariff".

The other categories where a hike has been announced are unlimited voice bundles and data top-ups. Check the details below:

Unlimited Voice Bundles:

1. The current ₹149 plan has been increased to ₹179 with a validity of 28 days and will offer benefits like unlimited calling, 100 SMS per day and 2 GB data.

2. The current ₹219 plan has been increased to ₹265 with a validity of 28 days and will offer benefits like unlimited calling, 100 SMS per day and 1 GB data per day.

3. The current ₹249 plan has been increased to ₹299 with a validity of 28 days and will offer benefits like unlimited calling, 100 SMS per day and 1.5GB/day data.

4. The current ₹298 plan has been increased to ₹359 with a validity of 28 days and will offer benefits like unlimited calling, 100 SMS per day and 2 GB data per day.

5. The current ₹399 plan has been increased to ₹479 with a validity of 56 days and will offer benefits like unlimited calling, 100 SMS per day and 1.5 GB/ day data.

6. The current ₹449 plan has been increased to ₹549 with a validity of 56 days and will offer benefits like unlimited calling, 100 SMS per day and 2 GB data daily.

7. The current ₹379 plan has been increased to ₹455 with a validity of 84 days and will offer benefits like unlimited calling, 100 SMS per day and 6 GB data.

8. The current ₹598 plan has been increased to ₹719 with a validity of 84 days and will offer benefits like unlimited calling, 100 SMS per day and 1.5 GB/day data.

9. The current ₹698 plan has been increased to ₹839 with a validity of 84 days and will offer benefits like unlimited calling, 100 SMS per day and 2 GB/day data.

10. The current ₹1498 plan has been increased to ₹1799 with a validity of 365 days and will offer benefits like unlimited calling, 100 SMS per day and 24 GB data.

11. The current ₹2498 plan has been increased to ₹2999 with a validity of 365 days and will offer benefits like unlimited calling, 100 SMS per day and 2 GB/day data.

Data Top-ups

1. The current ₹48 plan has been increased to ₹58 with an unlimited validity and will offer 3 GB data.

2. The current ₹98 plan has been increased to ₹118 with an unlimited validity and will offer 12 GB data.
