We all have limited hours in a day to complete our to-do lists, and interact with our loved ones. To make the most of our time, boost productivity and cut out repetitive tasks, technology can be deployed to help out. Look for tools that simplify your work and Zoom has just rolled out a nifty feature that can be used even during video calls. Zoom, the video call app many people use, now has a cool new feature. This feature lets you make, share, and edit notes while you're on a video call. It means you can write down important stuff without leaving the video call screen. ## In-Meeting Note Taking This is helpful because it stops you from getting distracted by other apps during a call. Imagine you're in an important meeting and you need to jot down some notes or share information with others. Now, you can do it right within Zoom. Also read click here. ## Collaborate Anytime, Anywhere You can even work on these notes at any time, even when you're not in a meeting. After you create a note, you can set a schedule for it. Then, you can share it with others before or after the meeting. So, everyone can collaborate on the same notes, making things smoother. ## Share and Customise Your Notes After the meeting ends, you can send these notes to anyone who needs them. You can start a new note during a meeting or access your old notes easily. Plus, if you want to work together on a note in real-time, you can do that too. Darin Brown, who works at Zoom. said they wanted to make it easy for people to take notes and share them without leaving Zoom. They called this new feature "Notes," and it's super easy to use. Zoom Notes has lots of cool options for how your notes look. You can pick fonts, colours, and even add links and pictures to your notes. And, don't worry about losing your notes – they will be saved automatically. Zoom Notes will soon be accessible to all paid Zoom users (except those on Zoom United bundles) starting September 11th. So, get ready to take better notes and collaborate easily during your Zoom calls.
