Amkette launches 4K EvoFox GameBox for TVs in India

The new Game Box is priced at ₹9,999. It comes with 4GB RAM and 32GB built-in storage.

Amkette on Thursday announced the launch of EvoFox Game Box in India. Priced at ₹9,999, the device will be available through the company's official e-store and Flipkart starting January 8.

The EvoFox Game Box is a 4K Ultra HD gaming console. It runs a quad-core A55 ARM processor. It supports a 4K video output, and 5.1 channel surround sound as well as all types of video formats including H.265.

It comes with 4GB of RAM and 32GB eMMc storage. Users can also add additional storage to GameBox via SD card. The GameBox has a dedicated Mali G31 graphics processor better graphics experience. It runs on Android (v9 Pie). It also comes with 2 USB ports and supports 4K video output and 5.1 channel surround sound.

EvoFox Game Box allows one to download games from the Android TV Play Store platform. It comes with a high precision Gamepad, with 8 hours of battery life, and Dual Vibration Rumble effect. Additionally, it comes with a voice-Enabled Air Remote with Google Assistant.

Beyond gaming, the EvoFox Game Box can be used for other purposes as well. Users can connect a webcam and start video calls using Google Duo, Zoom or Meet etc.
