The Blackout map is one of the largest in the Call of Duty franchise and on the mobile version, it is expected to make for some interesting gameplay options. For those into the Battle Royale experience, this map should help those with tactical planning.

On its official blog, Activision states some of the notable locations to check out during the BR match. The Raid (Estate), Array, Firing Range, Nuketown Island, Ghost Town and Cargo Docks are places where players could find a lot of action.

The blog also lists a couple of tips for players to keep in mind while battling on Blackout during their BR sessions:

- Players should check out the surroundings and explore the map in order to understand the layout and increase their chances of survival.

- One should use Call of Duty: Mobile mechanics to their advantage in the game. “Throw out decoys on Nuketown Island using the Trickster; track enemy activity in the Firing Range with the Scout's Sensor Dart; call in a Medic to pick up the pieces when incoming damage gets heavy,” says Activision.

- Players need to mix and match their weapons based on the varied areas of the map. The sniper weapons are best suited for the wide open spaces.
