Call of Duty: WWII is arriving for free on PS Plus
The new game is coming in a week earlier than expected
Sony is releasing its next free PS Plus game early. Call of Duty: WWII will be available for players tomorrow for free. And this is not the first time Sony has made a PS Plus title free, the company has given away Black Ops III and Modern Warfare Remastered as well.
The company usually refreshes its free PS Plus games on the first Tuesday of every month, but Call of Duty: WWII is dropping in a week early. However, CoD: WWII is not going to be the only freebie for June, Sony is still expected to reveal what's in store for the month later this week.

We'll share additional details of our monthly lineup later this week. Enjoy! pic.twitter.com/ECVwca1cXq
PlayStation 4 owners pay a monthly subscription fee and are rewarded with at least one major title to add to their library every month. While not all the freebies have been great, this CoD: WWII seems to be quite high up there.
The way Sony works is that they announce two free games by the end of one month and then they slash the price to $0 on the first Tuesday of the next month. Sony announced one of the two free games for June on Monday and also that CoD: WWII will be available for free from May 26 to June 6. For Indian players, you can try downloading the game later in the evening today, currently it is priced at $59.99.
“Call of Duty returns to its roots with Call of Duty: WWII—a breathtaking experience that redefines World War II for a new gaming generation,” reads the synopsis on the game's store page.
“Land in Normandy on D-Day and battle across Europe through iconic locations in history's most monumental war. Experience classic Call of Duty combat, the bonds of camaraderie, and the unforgiving nature of war,” the description adds.
You can read up more about the game here and download it from this page as well.
