Before the ban was declared officially, Garena Free Fire was missing from the Play Store since February 13. However, the Free Fire Max title continues to be available on the Play Store. Note that the list of banned apps from the MeitY does not include Free Fire Max formally.
Apple App Store
The Apple App Store also complies with the ban order and has removed Free Fire from its listing. However, Apple has also removed Free Fire Max from the App Store. Hence, gamers on iPhone and iPads won't be able to play any version of Free Fire on their devices.

Hence, gamers using Samsung devices will still be able to download the Free Fire from the Galaxy Store. Note that the store does not host the Free Fire Max title. The Galaxy Store on Samsung devices is powered by the Indus App Bazaar, says Samsung.
Xiaomi GetApps
Xiaomi's GetApps store on devices running MIUI has also deleted Garena Free Fire from its listing. However, GetApps continues to host Free Fire Max on its platform, just like Google Play.
Note that Vivo, Realme, iQOO, Micromax and Motorola devices do not have a secondary app store.
