The new handheld has been revamped with a full-colour LCD screen and was announced during a surprise Nintendo Direct showcase. Besides the classic Super Mario Bros., the Game & Watch can also play Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels that was released in Japan as Super Mario Bros. 2 and also an updated version of the Game & Watch: Ball that has Mario in it instead of Mr Game & Watch. ![image caption](https://images.hindustantimes.com/tech/img/2020/09/04/original/Annotation_2020-09-04_080603_1599188240709.png) The design on the Game & Watch is based on the original +Control Pad from the 1980s and like the original device this too functions like a digital clock with 35 “little touches” and Easter eggs that mark 35 years of the classic game favourite, writes The Verge.
