PUBG New State to now look and play better but there's an exception
PUBG New State gets a new update that brings an updated graphics system as well as bug fixes for players on iPhones. Here are all the details.
PUBG New State has had lots of issues since Day 1 and Krafton had promised to fix them as soon as possible. The promises have been delivered as PUBG New State patches and updates are rolling out on both Android and iOS. Krafton has addressed some of the most common bugs and issues that players reported. Additionally, there's an extra update for iPhone users.
Apart from the several fixes and bug squashes, Krafton has improved the graphics quality on PUBG New State for iOS devices. Hence, if you are on the newest iPhone models, such as the iPhone 13 series, iPhone 12 series, and iPhone 11 series, you should see a notable improvement in graphics performance.
PUBG New State gets improved graphics, gameplay
“We would like to thank all Survivors for their patience and we promise to provide the best gameplay environment possible in PUBG: NEW STATE. For iOS users, make sure to update the game in the App Store to the latest version before jumping back into the Battlegrounds!” Krafton said in a statement to the media.
However, players on iPhones have been warned of their phones getting extremely hot when running at the highest settings. The patch also fixes abnormal crashes while playing the game.
On Android, the same bugs have been squashed as well along with a couple fo other tweaks to improve the gameplay experience. A new wide-angle field-of-view option is also part of the update that lets you see more in the frame. Kraftion says that the bare-hands motion quality in FPP mode has also been updated. Animation sync issues in the first person mode while using an item has also been fixed with the patch.
Sadly, there are no graphics quality update for the game on Android. Hence, you will continue to see what you have been seeing so far. Krafton hasn't assured of any upcoming updates in this mode either.
PUBG New State is available for free on both Android and iOS devices. The game is an updated sequel to PUBG Mobile, and BGMI in India, complete with enhanced gameplay experience and a futuristic setting.
