LG launches new Gram laptops in India with 11th-gen Intel Core processor; check starting price

LG today expanded its laptop portfolio in India by launching three new Gram laptops. This new laptop lineup consists of three laptop models, which include the LG gram 17 (model 17Z90P) laptop with a 17-inch display, the LG gram 16 (model 16Z90P) laptop with a 16-inch display, and the LG gram 14 (model 14Z90P) laptop with a 14-inch display. These newly introduced laptops are powered by Intel's 11-generation Core processors.

LG has revealed that its new range of Gram laptops will be available in India at a starting price of ₹74,999. The company hasn't revealed the exact pricing of the three models yet. As far as the availability is concerned, the newly launched Gram laptops will be available in the country via both online and offline channels. The company hasn't shared other details, such as the date of availability.

LG Gram laptops 2021 specs

As far as the specifications are concerned, LG's new range of Gram laptops come in 17-inch, 16-inch and 14-inch screen options with an aspect ratio of 16:10. While the 17-inch and the 16-inch models come with a resolution of 2560x1600 pixels, the 14-inch models come with a resolution of 1920x1200 pixels. Additionally, they offer 99% DCI-P3 colour space. They feature super-slim bezels on all four sides and they come with a portable light-weight design. While the LG Gram 17 weighs 1.35kg, the LG Gram 16 and Gram 14 laptops weigh just 1.19kg and 999g respectively.

Coming to the processing capabilities, LG's new Gram laptops are backed by Intel Evo Platform and they are powered by the 11th-gen Intel Core processor with Iris Xe graphics that is coupled with LPDDR4x memory. LG's Gram models 17Z90P (17-inch model) and 16Z90P (16-inch model) feature 80Wh high-density batteries, which the company says will help in ensuring longer periods of use between charges.

On the connectivity front, all three models come with Thunderbolt 4 that can be used to transfer, charge and display at once. They are compatible with USB 4 port. LG says that the keyboard and touchpad have also been enlarged for a faster and easier typing experience. Furthermore, all the devices have SSD storage and they come with MIL-STD-810G certification.
