Amazon India on Friday announced that it is integrating its Pantry service into Fresh services in all the cities across India where Fresh service is currently available. This change will be rolled out to Amazon customers in Bangalore, Delhi, Ahmedabad and Mysore over the next two weeks and to all other Amazon Fresh customers across the country in the upcoming months.

In the remaining 290 cities where Amazon Fresh isn’t available, customers will continue to get interesting offers on dry grocery selection on Amazon Pantry.

This means that Amazon Fresh customers in the above-mentioned cities will now get supermarket selection along with Amazon Pantry deals from sellers. They can also get their orders within a pre-booked time slot from 6AM to midnight

All customers who opt for this service will get free scheduled 2-hour delivery on all orders over 600. However, orders that are below this threshold can be placed with a delivery fee of 29. The company clarified that there is no minimum order value to shop from sellers offering products on the Amazon Fresh store.

Using this service is really easy. All users need to do is click on the Fresh icon in the Amazon.in app, desktop or mobile browser and shop for the products of their choice.

Notably, the announcement comes nearly three months after the company announced that it had partnered with HP Gas to enable users to book and pay for their HP gas cylinder refills using the Amazon app.

While making the announcement last year, Amazon India had said that customers can book their HP gas cylinder by going to the ‘LPG’ category under the Amazon Pay tab or “Pay Bills” tab on the homepage. They need to enter their HP gas registered mobile number or the 17-digit LPG ID to get the refill charges against the booking ID. Once the customers make the payment, they will get an SMS confirming payment following which they will be able to see the distributor details on Amazon.in.
