British mom names newborn Hashtag after Twitter symbol

This should trend: a mother has christened her baby girl Hashtag Jameson. However, instead of taking to Twitter, which spawned the now ubiquitous preface, the mother posted the announcement on Facebook, compounding her apparent #fail!
