Flipkart Republic Day Sale: Here are the top smartphone deals

After Amazon, Flipkart is now gearing up for another big online sale. The e-commerce company has announced a three-day 'Republic Day Sale' which starts on January 21. As expected, Flipkart will offer discounts and other offers on an array of products from different categories.
Prior to the sale, Flipkart has given a sneak peak at the offers and discounts. Note that Citi Bank credit and debit card holders can avail an additional cashback of 10% during the sale. Flipkart is also offering 'No cost EMIs' on phones, starting at ₹833 per month.
Here, we take a look at the top smartphone deals available during the Republic Day sale.
Honor 9 Lite which launched today will be available for the first time during this sale. Its prices start at ₹10,999 for the base variant with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. You can get the higher model with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage at ₹14,999.
Another Honor smartphone, Honor 9i will be available at ₹14,999, down from its original price of ₹19,999. This smartphone is also available with an exchange offer which adds another discount up to ₹3,000.
In the budget category, Samsung's On Nxt (16GB) will be available at ₹9,999, and the 64GB variant at ₹11,900. The two variants are originally priced at ₹10,999 and ₹17,900 respectively.
Samsung's Galaxy S7 also has its price slashed to ₹26,990 from ₹46,000. Galaxy S7 edge (4GB) is also up for grabs for ₹35,900, down from ₹41,900.
Xiaomi's Redmi Note 4 with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage will be available for purchase during this sale at ₹10,999, a discount of ₹2,000 approximately. The bezel-less Mi Mix 2 can also be purchased at ₹29,999 after a discount from its original price tag of ₹37,999.
Lenovo's K8 Plus which retails at ₹10,999 will be available at ₹8,999 during Flipkart's Republic Day sale. Motorola also has its older Moto G5 Plus up for sale at ₹10,999.
This sale will also be host to selfie-focused smartphones such as Oppo's F3 and F3 Plus. Oppo F3 will be priced at ₹11,990. On the other hand, Oppo F3 Plus which is priced at ₹22,990 will be available at ₹17,990. Both the smartphones come with exchange offer up to ₹5,000.
More selfie-focused smartphones include Vivo V7 and Vivo V5s which will be available at ₹16,990 and ₹15,990 respectively. You can further avail extra ₹2,000 off on Vivo V7, and ₹3,000 on Vivo V5s.
Google Pixel 2 XL
Among the premium smartphones, Google Pixel 2 XL will be available as low as ₹48,999. This offer is however applicable only on transactions made using HDFC bank credit card. Google Pixel 2 XL is available online at a starting price of ₹64,999 in India for the base variant.
More budget smartphones part of Flipkart's Republic Day sale include iVoomi i1 and i1s starting at ₹5,999. The newly launched Smartron t.phone P will also be available at ₹7,999. Lastly, Panasonic Eluga A3 which retails at ₹11,499 will be discounted to ₹11,499.
