Flipkart’s Big Billion Days sale to begin on October 16: Here are all the details

While the Big Billion Days sale will start from October 16, Flipkart Plus customers will get early access to exclusive deals on the platform starting October 15.

Flipkart on Saturday announced that it will soon be hosting its annual Big Billion Days sale on its platform. The Big Billion Days sale will begin on October 16 and it will go on until October 21. During its six-days long festive sale, the Indian e-retailer will be offering a wide range of products from sellers, artisans, and brands from all over the country.

While the Big Billion Days sale will start from October 16, Flipkart Plus customers will get early access to exclusive deals on the platform starting October 15.

As a part of its upcoming sale, Flipkart is offering a 10% instant discount to customers who make their purchases via SBI debit or credit cards. Furthermore, the company is offering no-cost EMIs to customers via Bajaj Finserv EMI cards and other leading bank credit and debit cards.

In addition to that, Flipkart has also partnered with Paytm to offer cashback to consumers paying through Paytm Wallet and Paytm UPI. Besides, consumers will also get to utilize their ‘Super Coins' as they shop on the platform to get ‘Rewards Pass' for never-before deals and up to 2,000 bonus coins for additional shopping.

Flipkart also announced that this year, the Big Billion Days sale will create over 70,000 direct and lakhs of

indirect seasonal jobs as sellers, artisans, and brands gear up to fulfill consumer demand. To strengthen its existing supply chain capabilities, the company has significantly expanded its Kirana onboarding program to include more than 50,000 Kiranas, who will in turn make last-mile deliveries to consumers in more than 850 cities.

Additionally, Flipkart said that it is working with celebrities including Amitabh Bachchan, Virat Kohli, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Sudeep Kiccha, and Mahesh Babu, who will be seen in creative avatars as they engage with The Big Billion Days event.
