Good luck sharing your ideas with Digital India
Once you enter the Digital India website, one of the first thing you'd notice is the prominent "Share your ideas" section. But sharing your idea is not as simple as it seems.
Once you enter the Digital India website, one of the first thing you'd notice is the prominent 'Share your ideas' section. But sharing your idea is not as simple as it seems.
You will need to enter your contact details and upload Word files or a PDF that explains your idea. But here's the catch: you can only upload files that are 2 bytes or less.
If you have no idea just how small that is, here's a point of comparison: a blank Word document is about 10 KB in size. That's about 10,000 times the size limit that the Digital India website allows you to upload.
Basically, it's broken. There's a good chance that this might be a bug and will be fixed eventually. Maybe they meant (a more acceptable) 2 MB.
How exactly do you want us to share our ideas, Mr Modi?
