Here's what their brand new little netbook — the EeePC 1005P is like. Bling design The look of the model is all gloss. Even the interior wrist rest isn't spared, which means that fingerprints will set up camp on your netbook. The glossy touchpad is dotted to increase finger grip. The power button is a continuous silver strip. The keyboard extends from edge-to-edge, and is quite spacious and easy to use. It's almost full size, and has large and uncramped 'Shift' and 'Enter' keys. The 'Pg Up' and 'Pg Dn' keys are integrated in the 'Function' key, which makes the keyboard neat. Connections You have your regular suite of three USB ports. The rest of the jingbang includes 10/100 LAN port, Stereo Audio in, Card reader slot, Mini VGA and DC power in. This model comes with Asus Express Gate, accessible by a button on top of the keyboard. Asus Express Gate is a light Operating System to bypass Windows when they want to use certain Internet applications like Skype. It has a very simple User Interface designed with large icons and has a super fast response. Also read click here. Verdict At an MOP price of ₹20,975, this model is priced quite reasonably compared to other new Pinetrail models. The CPU performance did not disappoint us in any way, and the battery is the real hero here — we got a reading of 10 hours 13 minutes. Looks wise it's alright. Its keyboard ergonomics are better than average. We'd recommend it for its simplicity and performance, and a really long battery life. http://tech2.in.com Specifications Operating System: Genuine Windows 7 Starter Display: 10.1" LED Backlight WSVGA Screen (1024x600) Intel CPU and Chipset: Intel Atom N450 1.66 GHZ, 512 cache, Intel NM10 Graphics: Integrated GMA 3150 Memory: DDR2 1GB Storage: 250GB2.5" SATA2 HDD 5400rpm Camera: 1.3M pixels Input / Output: 1 x Mini VGA Connector; 3 USB 2.0 ports; 1 LAN RJ-45; 2 Audio Jack (Headphone/Mic-in) Card reader: MMC/SD(SDHC) Battery: 6 cell Li-polymer battery Dimensions: 10.31 x7.01 x1.02 inches Weight: 1.27 kg Catch all the Latest Tech News, Mobile News, Laptop News, Gaming news, Wearables News , How To News, also keep up with us on Whatsapp channel,Twitter, Facebook, Google News, and Instagram.
