You can now livestream games from Sony phone to Twitch, YouTube

Mobile gamers who like to play on a Sony Xperia handset can now automatically capture and share their progress on a number of platforms.

Mobile gamers who like to play on a Sony Xperia handset can now automatically capture and share their progress on a number of platforms.

Sony Live Screen Streaming is designed specifically to integrate with Twitch and with YouTube so that games can record their Android gaming sessions and stream live everything that's happening on the screen.

Technically speaking, the app can capture and stream via YouTube anything that a user chooses to do on his or her handset, and therefore Sony advises caution.

The app is available to download form Google Play and is compatible with the Sony Xperia Z3+, Z4 and Z4V handsets and with the Xperia Z4 tablet.
