Amazfit T-Rex by Huami up for pre-orders in Amazon India, shipping starts from June 12

Amazfit by Huami is bringing a new smartwatch in the Indian market called T-Rex. The wearable device was listed on Amazon India for the past couple of days and is finally available for pre-orders starting today (June 7). Listed for ₹9,999, the smartwatch's highlight is its rugged build and long battery life. Interested customers can pre-order the wearable from the e-commerce website however, the release date is mentioned as June 12.
Amazfit T-Rex smartwatch specifications
The watch meets the United States Military Standard certifications and can survive extreme temperatures as well as salt, alkali and damp.
It features a 1.3-inch AMOLED display with (360x360 pixels) resolution and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. There is a BioTracker PPG optical heart rate sensor with 3-axis accelerator, geomagnetic sensor, and ambient light sensor. The device is said to be backed by a 390mAh battery that is claimed to deliver up to 20-day battery life. Also claimed is that the smartwatch can run for up to 66 days when in basic mode and can charge fully in up to 2 hours.

The rugged T-Rex smartwatch is 5ATM rated, which makes it water resistant up to 50 meters.
In addition to this, the Amazfit T-Rex has 14 sports modes and can monitor heart rate, exercise duration among other data. And besides this you get the usual notification features for calls, reminders, Alarm, mobile payment and more.
The AmazFit T-Rex's pre-order and release date comes a few days after the launch of Amazfit Bip S. The smartwatch was launched at ₹4,999 and can be purchased via offline and online channels like Amazon India, Flipkart, Crome and Reliance Digital.
