Halo 4 will be the final addition to Halo: The Master Chief Collection which launched for PCs last December.

Halo 4 will finally launch on PC, 8 years after it launched as an Xbox 360 exclusive. It’s the first game in Halo: The Master Chief Collection series. Halo 4 will be available on November 17 for Windows PCs. It will be a remastered version of the game that is going to the final addition to The Master Chief Collection.

Halo 4 first released in 2012 on Xbox 360, and it later made it to Xbox One as part of The Master Chief Collection. The series consists of Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Halo 2: Anniversary, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST, Halo: Reach, and Halo 4. 343 Industries has been slowly adding these games to The Master Chief Collection for PC which made its way to PCs last December.

Halo: The Master Chief Collection is priced at 899 on Steam for the bundled experience. Each Halo game can be purchased separately starting at 199 for Halo: ODST. Halo 4 has been listed for 899 on Steam, and it requires The Master Chief Collection to play. Halo: The Master Chief Collection is also releasing for the new Xbox Series X and Series S on November 17. The series is actually being upgraded for all games to run 120 frames per second. Those who already own the game will get the upgraded version for free.

343 Industries is also slated to launch Halo: Infinite next year. Halo: Infinite was earlier scheduled to launch along with the PS5 and Xbox Series X but it has been delayed to 2021.
