Realme GT 5G global launch on June 15: Check likely price, specifications, and more
Realme GT 5G will make its global debut next week. The 5G smartphone comes with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 chip. It also packs a 65W charger.
Realme has announced that the Realme GT 5G will launch globally on June 15. The company will host a virtual event on that day to showcase the phone. You can watch the launch live through the company’s official YouTube channel. According to reports, Realme GT 5G will also be available in India in the next few weeks.
It is worth noting that Realme GT 5G has already launched in China. In the last few days, there have been plenty of leaks around the global version of the phone. Recently tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore revealed that the Realme GT 5G global version would come in two models -- 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. As for the pricing, Realme GT 5G will cost 400 euros ( ₹35,700 approximately) for the base model and 450 euros ( ₹40,200 approximately) for the 12GB variant. The India pricing is likely to be similar to the European one.

The handset comes with a 6.43-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with up to a 120Hz refresh rate. It runs on Qualcomm's top-end Snapdragon 888 processor.
As mentioned earlier, the phone comes with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of built-in storage. There is also an Adreno 660 GPU, which is said to improve graphic performance by up to 30%. For better thermal performance, the handset comes with a VC Boost Stainless Steel Cooling System, which is said to be an advanced 3D vapour cooling. The smartphone also packs a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.
For photography, Realme GT 5G has a triple-camera setup. It has a 64-megapixel primary sensor (Sony IMX682), an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. On the front, it houses a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
